A shorter, DLC-sized Dishonored epilogue with good level design (the bank heist especially) and fun powers, but a weak story and less freedom. Skip it at full price or as your first Dishonored.
Great for
Dishonored fans wanting a short, well-designed stealth epilogue with Billie Lurk, bought on sale
Main risk
Short, DLC-like content with reused maps and a weak story, sold at near full-game price

Recent negatives cite buggy combat, weak story and level design, and disliked mechanics. No single patch or event stands out, so confidence is low.
