A polished, mechanically strong Danganronpa with a memorable cast and great trials, but its divisive meta ending and PC input problems sour many players. Skip it if you hate twists that recontextualize earlier games.
Great for
Danganronpa fans who like fresh trial minigames, big casts and bold meta storytelling
Main risk
The meta ending may feel like it invalidates the whole series and the time you invested
