A funny, deep, endlessly grindable tactical RPG classic, but this PC port is abandoned, with crashes, AMD black boxes and clunky controls. Skip if you have an AMD GPU or can play Disgaea 1 Complete.
Great for
Number-go-up grinders and Disgaea fans who want the funny original on PC and tolerate dated design
Main risk
Abandoned port may crash or show black boxes (esp. AMD) and lacks Complete's QoL features

“This game is grindy... period. Repeating a single level 100 times to level up easy does not suggest it's not grindy, it proves that it is.”
