A slow, challenging squad-tactics spin-off with strong combat and Fallout atmosphere but little RPG depth or story. Skip it if you want Fallout 1/2 or can't tolerate tinkering to run it on modern Windows.
Great for
Fans of XCOM or Jagged Alliance-style squad combat who like Fallout 1/2 combat and don't mind tinkering
Main risk
The Steam version may not launch or run properly on modern Windows, and it lacks the RPG depth of Fallout 1/2.
