A fast, deep, brutal Platinum-style slasher with superb combat and music, but weak levels, story and Ryu content. Skip it if you want a classic Ninja Gaiden 2 successor.
Great for
Fans of DMC, Bayonetta and Metal Gear Rising who want deep, fast, challenging combat
Main risk
It doesn't feel like classic Ninja Gaiden, and the camera, lock-on and repetitive levels frustrate.

Recent negatives cite crashes on graphics changes, an unbearable rail/surf section, a hard-to-play Windows 11 setup and weak overall design. Cause unclear; moderate confidence.
