“The original; if you played it years ago, it's still marvellous. Nothing else ever quite had this sort of atmosphere....”

A huge, deep old-school MMO with a loyal community and plenty of nostalgia, but a dated UI, aggressive monetization and multiboxed servers. Skip it if you want a polished, solo-friendly modern MMO.
Great for
Nostalgic veterans and patient fans of slow, social, old-school MMOs who like exploring and grouping
Main risk
Confusing dated UI, empty or multiboxed servers, and Daybreak's monetization and account problems
