A gorgeous HD-2D turn-based JRPG with excellent break/boost combat and a superb soundtrack, but its eight separate stories are uneven. Skip it if you want one cohesive story or hate random encounters.
Great for
Turn-based JRPG fans who value art, music, strategic combat and character-by-character stories
Main risk
Eight disconnected, often generic stories plus constant random encounters can feel like a slog
