A much-improved tactical WW2 RTS with fun squad combat and a novel Italian campaign map, but pricey DLC and balance gripes hurt. Skip it at full price or if you want CoH2's depth.
Great for
Series fans and RTS players who want tactical squad combat, co-op or skirmish, and will buy on sale
Main risk
Expensive DLC and battlegroups plus balance problems make it feel like a pricier, shallower CoH2
